the lazy caterpillar was not dead - he was just lying down! All five of them are now chrysalises and have been safely rehomed to their net basket, ready for their next stage.
they arrived earlier than I had really expected and very quickly the hungry caterpillars grew until they were huge! mind boggling Now they are all hanging in the butterfly tent and I cant wait to see them emerge in a weeks time!
