How come George (double u) Bush's Army can hit and explode a dangerous moving satellite but yet failed so many times to hit a non-moving target on ground?
To all my American friends I apologise for my previous comment. I certainly don't put you in the same light as the dumb-ass George (duuble-yaa) Bush.
