Toady I made some lovely soup - and strangely enough it tasted great despite it containing a huge amount of courgettes. Very simple recipe, and quick to make too.
I have to say this one is a winner - Emily loved it and so did I. Just making a dark chocolate and courgette cake this evening and will blog a photo of it later.

I regularly make courgette soup which both girls eat despite HATING courgettes :)
